Welcome to my blog.
I am inspired by life, by the miracle of existence and the wonderment of nature. I can often be found outdoors with my camera mindfully observing the seasonal cycles and encapsulating its beauty in the eternal moment. Motivated by the desire to leave this world a little better than I found it, I have created this blog to share with you that what inspires me along with my creative exploits, which centre around honouring the seasonal celebrations through creative ritual.
I hope that it inspires you to see the beauty in the mundane, to tread lightly on this precious planet and to tap into the well of inspiration that lies within you, the muse reflecting back at you in your very own mirror. May it serve to encourage you to explore our beautiful earth, to realise the immensity of your true human potential and to always, without fail, FOLLOW YOUR HEART. It was wonderful to discover your fab blog too Paul, after all dogs are tremendous healers, teachers and companions. I’m a huge believer in animal wisdom and animal assisted therapy. Their ability to remain in the present, to love unconditionally, let go and not judge and mirror our subconscious behaviours. It’s something I will write about more in my blog so thanks for inspiring me!

Thanks Paul, I would LOVE to although I don’t have a dog myself so not experienced in canine therapy. I may still write about them though in which case I’ll be sure to let you know. I have just come over from Paul Handover’s site Emma, and am pleased to have met your acquaintance. I have no idea where about in the world you are, though one of the pictures above reminds me of a Neolithic burial chamber in Newport, just south of Cardigan, Wales – I don’t suppose that is it? And the larger picture at the bottom reminds me of the cliffs just above nearby Ceibwr. I may well be completely wrong on both counts of course! Anyway, it’s good to have discovered your site. Thanks Paul, I am in Sussex, UK although the photo’s are from all over the UK. The burial chamber was in Pembrokshire Wales – I forget the name of it now as I visited so many on a pilgrimage around the South-West coast. I will write about it on my blog soon sharing my experiences and recommend the best sacred sites to visit. Some of my fave of all time are in the Lake District – Castlerigg and Long Megg. The cliff shot was indeed in Wales – Cardigan bay near Newport I believe! stunning part of the world.

Sorry Hariod, my mistake! Aw what a beautiful part of the country to live. We went on a dolphin boat trip around there and saw many dolphins and seals – was phenomenal! A really magical place which I will one day return to explore further.

I would imagine that was in Newquay Emma, just to the north of Cardigan. Isn’t it a wonderful feeling when the dolphins leap out of the water right next to the little boat? 🙂

I’m loving your new webpage, had a browse & relate totally to your post about the insane world & the fab positive things we can & must do to combat it.
