I share this heart-warming poem to offer comfort and a loving reminder of the infinite guidance available to us at all times. Especially during those times we stumble and lose our footing, and need a helping hand back up.
This wee poem has offered a comforting hand to me on many occasions when consumed by darkness I’ve lost (or rather, forgotten) my light and steered off track. I hope it serves as a precious reminder of the light that you are, that we ALL are. And even our perceived challenges can be seen as catalysts to guide us back to our path. The wise ones tell us that every crisis is an opportunity. This is certainly something I’ve come to know as true as through pain, adversity and crisis – we gain the opportunity for personal growth. For spiritual awareness. To develop strength, resilience and empathy for others. What better gift could we wish to receive?

The light that shines through all,
The shadows that I thought were real,
Have tripped and made me fall,
The tears have blurred my vision,
The bruises I thought were pain,
Have blinkered me for too long,
I want to know my path again.

To make the steps to see,
